The custom design process can be elaborate, as each project is unique. We like to reserve enough time to source the best papers, print options and embellishments we can for your one-of-a-kind wedding paper goods.

We accept a limited number of custom stationery projects each year to ensure we can offer the highest level of service and attention to detail to each client. As such, we recommend securing your booking a year in advance. Our suggested timeframe for initiating the design process is:

Save-the-Date | start 1 year before your wedding (mail 8-10 months before the wedding)
Invitations | start 6 months before your wedding (mail 3 months before the wedding)
Day-of Stationery | start 2 months before your wedding (note Day-of Stationery services are available for existing clients only.)
Thank You Cards | start 2 months before your wedding (mail within 3 months after the wedding)

1) CONSULTATION | Fill out the form below to submit your inquiry. We will be in touch to arrange a complimentary consultation to discuss how we can bring your vision to paper!

2) PROPOSAL | Based on our discussion, we will put together a Design Board and Quote for you to review. Confirming your booking requires signing the contract and paying a 50% retainer.

3) DESIGN | We begin this phase by collecting your wording details and creating two design directions for you to review and provide feedback on. You will have access to a dedicated client site which houses all of the information about your specific project. This stage is iterative and typically takes 3+ weeks.

4) PRODUCTION | Once the final design is approved, the remaining balance is collected and we order materials, commence production and finish the assembly. This stage typically takes 3+ weeks.

Custom stationery pricing can vary greatly depending on the scope of the work. Our base rate starts at $3,000 and includes custom design, production and assembly for a 5-piece set of 75 invitations with the following elements (postage is additional):

Invitation • Invitation Envelope with guest and return addressing • Invitation Envelope Liner • Personalized RSVP Card • RSVP Envelope with recipient addressing

The base suite is digitally printed on 111lb White or Ivory Cardstock, with rates increasing for press-based methods such as letterpress, foil or embossing, changes or upgrades to paper, specialty envelopes, and for embellishments (such as custom illustrations, wax seals, ribbons, hand calligraphy, etc.).

Should you require digital or paper Save-the-Dates and/or Day-of Stationery, those items are priced separately depending on the scope of work.
